Project Overview
Hyosung Bangladesh needed a new, fast e-commerce website to collect customer leads, receive advance orders and payments, and understand motorcycle demand before importing products for customers.
Because the motorcycles may be imported based on confirmed customer interest, the business required more than a standard product catalog. The new platform needed to support advance ordering, payment accountability, customer-query tracking, order-status management, and product-specific shipment or delivery dates.
DevsStation designed and developed the website from the ground up using DS-CMS V-2.0, the Inertia.js version of its custom content management system. The solution was built with Laravel, MySQL, Vue.js, Inertia.js, and Bootstrap to deliver a fast and responsive e-commerce experience.
Business Requirements
Hyosung Bangladesh needed a digital platform that could help them:
- Present motorcycle products online.
- Collect customer inquiries and leads.
- Receive advance payments from interested customers.
- Understand demand before importing motorcycles.
- Add a specific shipment or delivery date to each product.
- Track customer queries and follow-up status.
- Monitor order progress.
- Maintain accountability for payments and transactions.
- Offer customers an engaging product-viewing experience.
Our Solution
DevsStation created a customized e-commerce platform tailored to Hyosung Bangladesh’s advance-order and demand-validation workflow.
The platform allows customers to explore motorcycles, submit inquiries, place advance orders, and make advance payments. The internal team can use the collected customer and order information to evaluate demand and plan motorcycle imports more effectively.
Administrators can add a specific shipment or delivery date to each motorcycle product. This helps the team communicate expected timelines and manage customer expectations throughout the order process.
The system also enables the team to track customer queries, monitor order status, and connect payments with their corresponding customer orders. This improves transaction accountability and reduces the risk of losing important customer or payment information.
360-Degree Product Gallery
To improve the motorcycle browsing experience, DevsStation developed a custom 360-degree product gallery using InitJS and Vue.js.
Customers can interactively view a motorcycle from different angles before submitting an inquiry or placing an advance order. This provides a more detailed and engaging product experience than static product images alone.
Performance-Focused Development
The website was designed and developed as a new platform with performance in mind from the beginning.
DevsStation used Laravel, Vue.js, Inertia.js, Bootstrap, and MySQL to build a fast, responsive, and scalable foundation for product browsing, lead collection, advance orders, payment tracking, and customer communication.
