I only sell on my Facebook page. Do I need a website?
DS Shop gives you a light storefront along with the admin, so customers who want to browse can — but you keep selling the same way: through your page, DMs and calls. The platform organises the orders; it doesn't change where your customers come from.
How does fake order detection work?
Every COD order is checked against the delivery history tied to its phone number. If a number has a record of refused parcels, DS Shop flags it before you book the courier — so you can call and confirm instead of paying for a return.
Which payments and couriers does it support?
Cash on Delivery and bKash out of the box, with courier booking for Pathao, Steadfast and RedX from the admin panel. Orders can be assigned automatically or sent in bulk.
Can I run it myself, or do I need technical help?
You run it yourself. Products, orders, couriers, coupons and shop content are all managed from a visual admin, and we include a handover session to get you comfortable.
What if I need a feature that isn't there?
